The Physical Section gives students the opportunity to focus on improving their health and fitness whilst having fun at the same time. The only requirement for this section is that the activity requires a sustained level of energy and physical activity.

This year students have set themselves challenges in a variety of areas; many are using sports that they already participate in like football and netball, whilst others have used this as an opportunity to try new things such as dance and trampoline.
