Humanities Cauliflower Challenge

Year 10 students have been studying early brain development as part of their Psychology GCSE. Students investigated structures and functions of different parts of the brain and then, were expected to demonstrate their knowledge by creating a model of a brain using a cauliflower.

This will allow them to identify and describe brain structures in their exam. The students created their models despite facing some challenges about labelling the thalamus which is deep in the brain.

Some brilliant models were created by Adriana Kurka, Nazifa Karim, Tahiya Brewster and Ashleigh Walton. Well done to all of 10B!
