Salary: Grade 2 – 37 hours per week, term time only + 6 training days (actual salary £15,469 – £16,094)

Working hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm (4.00pm on Friday)

Ormiston Meridian Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and to provide general administration to our very busy office. Under the supervision of the Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the SLT by taking minutes at meetings and general administration to support the running of the academy on a daily basis. You will also be required to support with basic first aid, for which training will be provided.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Have a professional and friendly manner
• Be extremely organised and able to prioritise a changing workload
• Be experienced in minute taking
• Have experience working in a busy office environment
• Be confident in using Microsoft Office Suite packages
• Be willing to undertake any training required, including first aid training
